The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 3- Accessories are non-exchangeable or refundable and include caps.
